Service Quality Manager
We are looking for an experienced Service Quality Manager to support and improve care services across elderly care, homecare, and specialist services. The role is mainly based in Norfolk and Suffolk, with some travel to other locations when required.
Reporting to the Co-Chief Operations Officer / Director of Service Quality, you will work closely with managers and operational teams to make sure services meet regulatory standards and deliver safe, high-quality care. You will monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide practical support to help teams stay compliant and maintain good standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve service quality in line with regulatory requirements
- Support managers to maintain compliance and good practice
- Carry out audits, reviews, and follow up on improvement actions
- Use performance data to identify risks and trends
- Promote continuous improvement across services
- Experience in a quality or compliance role within homecare or healthcare
- Good knowledge of CQC homecare standards
- Clear communication and strong organisational skills
- Confident in reviewing performance data and solving problems
- Committed to person-centred care
- Full UK driving licence
