About the Role

You will also take on leadership responsibilities within the team, including conducting supervisions and appraisals, supporting care planning, and mentoring support workers to ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered.

- Recognise and respond to the daily needs of residents.
- Conduct staff supervisions and contribute to performance appraisals.
- Assist in developing and reviewing care plans.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to care staff.
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team to maintain high-quality care standards.
- Ensure effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a senior care or support role.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A caring, empathetic, and compassionate approach.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
