- Oversee personal care and promote dignity and independence.
- Conduct supervisions and appraisals for support workers.
- Role-model and apply PBS techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to reduce behaviours of concern.
- Experience in a senior care role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Organisational skills and teamwork ability.
- UK Driving Licence preferred.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
