As they continue to expand and take on new challenges, they are seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team and contribute to the success.

Job Description:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing the financial aspects of industrial development projects in Greater Manchester and the surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulations. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in driving project success.

Roles and Responsibility:
Monitor project costs throughout the construction lifecycle, from initial estimation to final account, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. Manage procurement processes, including tendering, negotiation, and contract award, to secure the best value for materials, services, and subcontractors. Administer contracts, including preparing contract documents, assessing variations, and managing claims to protect the interests of the company Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections to keep stakeholders informed of project financial status,Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with projects, providing timely advice and solutions to minimize potential impacts. 

The Project :
Expected to undertake support on various Industrial and commercial JCT D&B projects in and around Manchester with values  between £25m to £75m.
