We are looking for a Sales Executive to join a Car Dealership based in Guildford (GU1).
  • OTE up to £55,000 (Basic £24,000 + uncapped bonus)
  • Monday to Saturday 08:30 – 18:00 with a day off in the week

As a Sales Executive, your role will focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets for new and used vehicles. You’ll build relationships with customers, guiding them through the sales process from initial enquiry to final handover, while offering finance, insurance, and additional products tailored to their needs.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for not just meeting but exceeding ambitious sales targets through strategic planning, relentless execution, and creative problem-solving.

We need someone who brings a proactive mindset, a track record of driving revenue growth, and the ability to think outside the box. Your toolkit should include innovative approaches—whether it’s leveraging data-driven insights, crafting hyper-targeted promotions, or experimenting with unconventional sales tactics like strategic partnerships, or viral engagement strategies.

Previous experience in a Sales Executive role within the automotive industry or similar sector is essential.

  • Coordinating with the sales admin team to ensure accurate and timely handovers
