Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in line with professional standards and care plans.
- Work closely with the wider care team to ensure residents receive consistent and effective care.
- Support residents with their personal care needs while promoting dignity, respect, and independence.
- Monitor residents’ health, administer medication, and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Assist in the coordination of daily care activities within the home.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of nursing responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional approach to care.
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
- Relevant post-registration nursing experience.
