Exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse in the Barnstaple area to join our Clinical homecare company, this role is field based and most importantly you will be able to get back to 1:1 patient care
This field-based nursing role involves delivering one-to-one care to children and young people in their homes, schools, and community settings. Clinical responsibilities include IV infusions, intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, home parenteral nutrition (HPN/TPN), and other interventions.
A vital part of the role is educating and supporting families and young patients, empowering them to manage treatments safely and independently. Working as part of a wider team who look after 100,000 patients each year, you will be mainly working solo for most of your time. On average our Registered Nurse will see 1 – 3 patients in their homes each day, however these may be spread out across the region so you will need to be prepared for the driving to each location.
The great part of this role is theirs No hospitals and no wards to work in, you will be making a direct impact on our patients lives in their own home – That’s something a little special.

- Full time (Part time will be considered)
- £41,700 pa
- Remote role - Fully expensed SUV company car + fuel card
- Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
- 36 Day leave (28 days holiday & 8 bank holidays)

Registered Nurse requirements:
- Registered Nurse (NMC-registered and valid pin)
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility and resilience for community-based work
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
- Display a high level of care and empathy to help our patients achieve their goals and regain their independence.
- well-organised and comfortable managing your own workload and itinerary
- Basic IT skills are required
- Extensive travelling will be required between patients, so a full UK driving license is essential. (Your working day includes the travel to and from your patients)
