Key Responsibilities
- Collect household and commercial waste and recycling.
- Work as part of a team alongside drivers and loaders.
- Ensure collections are completed safely and efficiently.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Provide excellent service to residents and businesses.
- Good level of physical fitness.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Previous waste collection or outdoor work experience is beneficial but not essential.
