As a Production Operative, you'll help run automated production lines, ensuring products are packed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key duties include:
- Operating automated production machinery and robotic systems
- Setting up equipment and supporting basic fault finding
- Carrying out quality control checks
- Packing finished products
- Completing production paperwork accurately
- Operating an FLT (training available for suitable candidates)
- Maintaining high housekeeping, health and safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production, factory or warehouse experience
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- FLT licence desirable but not essential
Shifts & Pay
- 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights
- 6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am
- £14.02 per hour
- Overtime after 40.25 hours: £21.03 per hour
- Sunday shifts: £28.04 per hour
- £15.08 per hour after 12 weeks
