Meridian Business Support are recruiting for Production Operatives for days and nights for their client based in Stafford.

Pay Rates
- Day Shift: £12.71 per hour
- Night Shift: £13.96 per hour
- Days: 7:00am – 7:00pm
- Nights: 7:00pm – 7:00am
- 3 Day Shifts: Monday – Wednesday
- 4 Night Shifts: Sunday – Wednesday
- 4 Day Shifts: Monday – Thursday
- 3 Night Shifts: Monday – Wednesday
- Working on a busy production line, ensuring products are manufactured and handled correctly.
- Checking the quality of bottles and syrups.
- Inspecting products for damage, defects or imperfections.
- Ensuring bottles and syrups are stored, handled and packed correctly.
- Making sure all products meet the required quality standards before being packed.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets.
- A good eye for detail and the ability to spot defects or damaged products.
- Someone who takes pride in maintaining high quality standards.
- Good concentration and accuracy when carrying out quality checks.
- A reliable and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Previous production or manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
