Our client, based in Yeovil (BA20), are seeking a skilled individual to be the point of contact for P&SC external & internal Portals and provide administrative support to the Governance & Excellence function. This is a full-time temporary position working 37 hours per week until December 2025 with the possibility of extension.

- Support the PG&E UK Lead on SupplyOn onboarding with Suppliers in UK and support the implementation and extension of SupplyOn functionalities according to business need.
- Co-ordinate and administer all applications requests for access to the Supplier portal (and associated applications and functions) in accordance with the supplier Portal roll-out process
- Train, where required, the Supplier Portal and associated applications and functions to internal applicants and Suppliers and co-ordinate and arrange training sessions.
- Support SAP system and portal upgrade / functionality testing, role profiles and applications testing as requested
- Provide User training and maintain Portal process userguides and associated applications
- Support the review and update of UK P&SC User Guides and Cross Geo User Guides held in P&SC Sharepoint
- Act as the POC for UK on requests to update & maintain SAP Master data including data held in the Vendor Master, Customer Master, Partner Functions etc
- Knowledge of or previous use of SAP is desirable
- Experience in Procurement is desirable
- Experience providing in person and remote training is desirable
