An exciting Personal Assistant opportunity has arisen on a 12 month contract basis at the stunning offices of our client, one of the UK's top law firms where you will be providing support to a Director, Head of Department and a newly appointed COO with a variety of administrative and organisational duties on a daily basis. You will also get involved in supporting with B-Corp, Impact and Purpose initiatives, as well as providing support to other managers when required. This is a varied role requiring a flexible, adaptable approach, as well as a collaborative work ethic when working with colleagues / stakeholders internally.
As a Personal Assistant your new role will involve:
I am very interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working as a Personal Assistant, PA, Executive Assistant, EA, or Secretary (from within a legal or professional services environment) supporting multiple senior stakeholders, and who have previous experience coordinating projects. The ability to prioritise your own workload and solid accuracy and IT skills (MS Office) are important for this Personal Assistant opportunity.
Salary for this position is c. £33,000 to £35,000 (depending on level of experience).
Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position.

- Arranging meetings, workshops, demonstrations
- Assisting with the production and coordination of pre and post meeting materials including minute taking
- Assisting with the production of reports
- Producing and editing PowerPoint presentations as required
- Undertaking project work
- Collaborating with the Impact & Purpose Manager with regards to initiatives
- Assisting in organising and coordinating events, meetings, lunch and learns, and other activities related to Purpose initiatives including administration support
- Hold meetings with the Impact & Purpose Manager to discuss progress and issues
