We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a Pharmaceutical & healthcare company based in Warwick (CV34)
Do you have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proven experience in payroll and pensions?
As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll be responsible for running payroll end-to-end, managing pensions (including Auto-Enrolment), and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. You’ll support system implementations, perform reconciliations, and provide reporting to key stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and Finance.
You will also get involved with a project to implement a new HR & Payroll platform moving from Itrent to Dayforce, working with stakeholders you will lead parallel runs, reconcile payroll and pension data between systems, perform UAT testing, and validate calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ideally you will be an experienced Payroll Specialist, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

- Hybrid role – 2 days in the office, work from home 3 days per week
- Salary £42,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
- 35 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

- Support system upgrades, implementations, and UAT testing.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track payroll performance.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to streamline data flows.
- Stay updated with HMRC regulations and payroll legislation.
