Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple care homes in the North West.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager / Operations Director, you will ensure homes remain fully compliant with regulatory requirements, deliver high-quality care and environments for residents, and achieve financial and business objectives. You will provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentoring to Home Managers, driving performance and continuous improvement.

You will provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentoring to Home Managers, driving performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Home Managers, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and team development
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, reporting, and business growth to meet targets
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and legal standards, implementing action plans where required
- Monitor and improve care quality, safety, and overall resident experience
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders, including regulators
- Track KPIs, analyse performance data, and report to senior leadership
- Identify development needs and mentor senior staff to strengthen performance
- Proven experience managing operations within a care home or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and care regulations
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Data-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality elderly care
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
- NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience
