We are looking for a driven Mortgage Advisor to join a Worldwide Financial Services Broker based in Wythenshawe, Manchester (M22)
As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll be joining a dynamic Second Charge Mortgage team, you’ll benefit from a steady flow of pre-qualified warm leads, giving you the opportunity to focus on converting enquiries into successful outcomes, rather than cold prospecting.
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be supported by excellent training, access to top-tier lender relationships, and the tools you need to succeed in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

You will be an experienced Mortgage Advisor – CeMAP Qualified with at least 2 years’ experience. You will need to have a strong understanding of mortgage products, regulatory requirements, and the end-to-end process and flexibility to work outside the normal 9am – 5pm working week dependant on client needs.

Also known as: Mortgage Consultant, Mortgage Broker, Home Finance Advisor, Mortgage & Protection Advisor, Loan Officer, Mortgage Specialist, and Residential Mortgage Consultant.
- OTE up to £70,000 per annum (Basic salary up to £42,000 + Bonus)
- £3k sign-on bonus (£1k/month for first three months) to offset pipeline build time
- Monday to Friday – 40 Hours per week, Flexible start & end times
- Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days WFH following a successful probation period
- 34 days annual leave (including bank holidays & Birthday Day Off)

- Contacting qualified leads generated through our digital journey
- Assessing customer applications and delivering tailored, compliant recommendations
- Providing expert advice on second charge mortgages, using our unique in-house software
- Staying up to date with lender criteria and industry regulations
- Building strong, lasting relationships with customers, keeping them informed every step of the way
- Hitting (and exceeding!) sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience
- Collaborating closely with our brilliant team of case managers
- Contributing ideas and improvements as we continuously innovate for a better customer journey
