The role
Join their estimating team as a Mechanical Estimator and take ownership of end-to-end pricing—helping them win and deliver standout projects. You’ll work closely with PMs and engineers, with real scope to influence how they estimate and improve bid quality.

What you’ll be doing

  • Run supplier/subcontract enquiries and assess returns
  • Prepare tender submissions (assumptions, clarifications, exclusions)
  • Support value engineering and continuous improvement of rates/benchmarks

What we’re looking for
  • Experience estimating mechanical building services packages
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework and plumbing (fire protection a plus)
  • Confident interpreting drawings, specs and scope
