Mike McWilliam

Branch Manager

I have worked at Meridian for two years and I am a Branch Manager for our London & Southern Region Built Environment branch. Prior to Meridian, I have a background in Offender Management – I worked in prisons with remand and sentenced young offenders focusing on rehabilitation and behaviour management. I first started working in recruitment in 2015 – Medical recruitment in Sydney, Australia. Since working at Meridian, I would describe it as motivating and rewarding!

The thing I enjoy most about recruitment is giving candidates good news and being kept on my toes EVERYDAY! As well as providing my clients with an excellent service and helping to improve their business.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and following the mighty Bees home and away.
