We are looking for a driven Italian Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global marketplace company based remote in the UK.
As a Italian Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting international growth by managing the full recruitment lifecycle across the Italian market. Working remotely from the UK, you’ll partner closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and deliver a smooth, high-quality recruitment experience for both candidates and managers.
Day to day, you will join a fast-paced, remote based global team where you’ll manage a live portfolio of around 20 requisitions, often covering multiple vacancies per role. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and creating shortlists that align with business needs. You’ll act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, keeping communication clear and consistent throughout each stage of the process.

- Salary between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00– aligned to Italian working hours
- 1 - 2 Days per week in London Office
- Temporary ongoing role
