We are looking for a HR Data Analyst to join a Pharmaceutical & healthcare company based in Warwick (CV34)
Do you have strong HR systems knowledge, advanced Excel/Power BI skills, and a passion for data accuracy?
As a HR Data Analyst, you’ll act as the data expert for the HR team, maintaining and optimising HR systems, auditing and reconciling data, and producing accurate reports for stakeholders. You’ll also support system upgrades and integrations, working with IT, HR, and Payroll to ensure seamless performance.
You will play a key role in the HR & Payroll platform project by auditing and cleansing data prior to migration, testing data flows, building Power BI/Business Objects reports, and ensuring the integrity of HR data post-implementation.
Ideally you will be an experienced HR Data Analyst with experience in either Itrent or Dayforce systems. Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and confident communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Salary £42,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
- 35 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

- Contribute to HR projects, driving system improvements and efficiencies.
