🐟 Key Responsibilities
- Remove heads from various types of fish quickly and cleanly.
- Trim fillets to remove bones, skin, and belly fat.
- Inspect fish to ensure it meets our high quality and safety standards.
- Use sharp knives and machinery safely every day.
- Clean workstations to maintain strict hygiene rules.
What We Look For
- Experience: Previous knife skills or fish factory experience is preferred but not essential.
- Pace: Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-moving environment.
