We are looking for a passionate Call Centre Lead to drive, Sales and effective customer service, to ultimately retain business.
 
What we are looking for:
  • Proven experience in Sales (or similar) role where targets have been consistently exceeded
  • Previous experience within the financial services industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach employees in a fast-paced environment
  • Coaching & developing your team to their full potential
  • Regularly auditing your teams’ calls
  • Always ensure compliance with company and other relevant standards and regulations
  • Provide technical support to the team, being a referral point for handling customer complaints and ensuring outstanding debt is kept to a minimum
  • Other essential management activities including rota preparation and distribution, absence management, annual appraisals etc
This is a full-time onsite role, based in Salisbury. The role is offering £35,000 - £43,000 per annum DOE and great benefits including Healthcare, Life Assurance, Pension, EAP and much more.  If you want to learn more, please get in touch.
