We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in building fabric works to lead refurbishments, fit‑outs, maintenance, and minor works across education, healthcare, heritage, and commercial projects.
This is a delivery‑focused role suited to someone comfortable managing projects in live, operational environments, with a practical, trade‑led mindset.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in building fabric works to lead refurbishments, fit‑outs, maintenance, and minor works across education, healthcare, heritage, and commercial projects.

What you’ll do
- Deliver multiple fabric works projects from pre‑construction to handover
- Manage programmes, budgets, variations, and quality
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and site activity
- Lead HSQE compliance, RAMS, and site standards
- Act as the key client and stakeholder contact
- Coordinate with MEP teams and specialist subcontractors
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience delivering building fabric projects (refurbs, fit‑outs, maintenance, minor works)
- Trade background in carpentry or a related fabric discipline
- SMSTS and NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent)
- Experience working in live environments
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
