About thew role:
You will be working with a portfolio of clients to manage the administration of their products, setting up new business, renewals and mid-term changes, and anything else your clients need your support with.
You will also have some line management responsibility and will lead by example to your team.
Duties include:
- Complete work for scheme renewals or market reviews in line with clients’ requirements, collation, and analysis of results in appropriate format and support the Consultancy Team with report production.
- Monitor insurers’ performance on behalf of clients and challenge insurer at higher level to resolve any issues
- Deal with client queries (verbal and written) in line with service level agreements and liaise with insurers where necessary to deliver on this.
- Update all internal systems as per process ensuring we remain compliant.
- Ownership of delivery of tasks and proactively manage your workload
- Manage client relationships in conjunction with the Consultancy team to support retention & growth opportunities.
- Provide peer review support as necessary.
- Some previous experience in a similar client service and/or account handling role within Employee Benefits/insurance, gained from working in either an employee benefits consultancy or an insurance provider.
- You will have a customer focused approach
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Able to work flexibly to achieve tight deadlines/targets with good organisation skills
- Analytical and able to solve problems
