You will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating care services, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent standards of care and compliance.

- Lead and manage branch staff, supporting performance and professional development.
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, client assessments, care planning, and service coordination.
- Ensure all services meet regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality care standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the local community.
- Handle client enquiries, assessments, and service concerns effectively.
- Monitor branch performance, manage budgets, and track key performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities to grow and develop the service.
- Previous management experience within a domiciliary care setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good business awareness with the ability to support service growth.
- Knowledge of care sector regulations and quality standards.
- Full UK driving licence.
- NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
