Reports to: Operations Manager / Regional Operations Director
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch staff, fostering a positive culture and supporting professional development
- Participate in the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours operational cover and acting as escalation lead for emergencies, safeguarding, and service continuity
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, client intake, care planning, and service coordination
- Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and effective risk management
- Build strong relationships within the community, conduct assessments, handle concerns, and promote services
- Manage branch performance, including budget oversight, KPI monitoring, and identifying growth opportunities
- Previous management experience within a domiciliary care setting (essential)
- Strong business acumen with a drive to develop and grow the service
- Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards
- Effective leadership and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
