Position: Deputy Clinic Manager
Location: Kings Norton
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Clinic Manager to join our Kings Norton Dialysis Unit. In this key leadership role, you will support the Clinic Manager in driving operational excellence and ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care. This position is ideal for a senior dialysis nurse seeking future career progression, as our Deputy roles are designed to prepare you for Clinic Manager positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion quality care and clinical excellence within the clinic.
  • Mentor and support staff through ongoing training and development.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and staffing to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with Renal Association guidelines.
  • Share your renal nursing expertise with junior colleagues to foster growth.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and NHS partners to ensure exceptional care delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • NMC Registered Nurse with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years of senior-level Haemodialysis experience.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing nursing teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication abilities.
