Position: Deputy Clinic Manager
Location: Kings Norton
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Champion quality care and clinical excellence within the clinic.
- Mentor and support staff through ongoing training and development.
- Coordinate patient scheduling and staffing to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with Renal Association guidelines.
- Share your renal nursing expertise with junior colleagues to foster growth.
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, and NHS partners to ensure exceptional care delivery.
- NMC Registered Nurse with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of senior-level Haemodialysis experience.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing nursing teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication abilities.
