A Customer Service Advisor opportunity has arisen within the busy membership services team at our client, a leading international membership organisation, where you will be responsible for providing customer help, support and guidance to members and non-members contacting the department with enquiries, complaints and queries relating to products and services. You will be providing a high level of service across various touch points including inbound and outbound calls, e-mail, webchat and social media.

Salary for this position is: £26,728 p.a.

If you drive parking can be found a short walk from the office, but if you don't want to drive, their office is located within 5 minutes walk from the train station - so very easy to get to!
