Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring compliance within a fast-paced environment? Our client is currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join their team in Cheltenham. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in compiling customer certification dossiers, ensuring the traceability of product materials, and providing comprehensive compliance support for various audits and inspections.
Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Coordinator will include:
- Monday to Thursday 08.00 – 17.00 – Early finish on a Friday

Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Coordinator will include:
- Compile customer certification dossiers to guarantee the traceability of product materials.
- Coordinate and support customer inspection visits in collaboration with business partners.
- Triage and resolve customer certification queries promptly and efficiently.
- Act as a super user for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) certification workspace, maintaining the certification database and providing training to personnel.
- Compile and report customer certification performance statistics.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure supply chain robustness and conformity, making recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with conducting and reporting internal Quality Management System (QMS) audits as per plan.
- Initiate and follow up on PLM FFR/NCR material traceability or inspection process failures.
- Support compliance with ISO9001:2015 and other relevant voluntary, regulatory/statutory requirements.
- Previous experience in a compliance or coordination role, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of EN10204 material certification requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PLM systems
