About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Chemistry Lecturer to join our Department of Chemistry. You will deliver high-quality teaching to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students, contribute to curriculum development, and support student learning and research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions in Chemistry.
 - Design and develop course materials and assessments aligned with curriculum goals.
 - Supervise student projects and dissertations.
 - Provide academic support and guidance to students.
 - Participate in research activities and contribute to departmental goals.
 - Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and quality assurance.
 - Contribute to outreach and recruitment activities as required.
 
- A degree in Chemistry or a closely related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
 - Experience teaching Chemistry at university level.
 - Strong subject expertise and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
 - Commitment to high-quality teaching and student support.
 - Evidence of ongoing professional development in teaching.
 
- Research experience and publications in relevant areas of Chemistry.
 - Experience supervising undergraduate or postgraduate research.
 - Experience with curriculum design and assessment.
 - Ability to contribute to interdisciplinary teaching or research.
