- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
- Strong knowledge of care sector regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to support business performance.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Nursing qualification and professional registration preferred but not essential.
