About the Role
As a Domiciliary Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of care services. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you’ll support both service users and care staff—ensuring care is safe, person-centred, and consistently high quality.
You will also step up to oversee care shifts in the absence of the manager, ensuring continuity, staff support, and the wellbeing of service users.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain high standards of person-centred care
- Promote dignity, independence, and choice for all service users
- Coordinate care rotas and ensure they are communicated effectively
- Support and guide care staff, including training and medication competency
- Monitor care delivery to ensure it meets individual care plans
- Maintain accurate records and confidentiality at all times
- Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a care setting supporting vulnerable individuals
- A caring, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to make clear, confident decisions under pressure
- Willingness to complete NVQ or further professional training
- Full driving licence (essential for travel between service users)
