An award winning independent and international professional services consultancy has an exciting Bid Writer opportunity on offer, where you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high quality bids and winning of submissions across public and private sector project opportunities.  This is the chance for you to play a major part in the next phase of growth in this industry respected business, working closely with members of your team as well as building relationships with technical teams and other internal stakeholders to produce engaging content as the principal Bid Writer for SQ/ITT submissions.

As a Bid Writer, your exciting new role will involve:
  • Developing relationships with technical teams and stakeholders to produce content
  • Creating and managing a library of material
  • Organising and taking part in kick-off meetings, storyboarding, draft reviews and presentation prep when needed
  • Post-tender feedback review meetings to undertake revisions and improvements
  • Coordinating virtual bid teams to create high quality PQQ/ITT responses and presentations
  • Managing submissions to deadlines
  • QA assistance, and assisting with the production of collateral and content banks

I am very interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working as a Bid Writer, Bid Specialist or tender support professional, and who have been involved in writing for winning submissions across public and private sector opportunities.  I am keen to speak with you if you have used Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).  Experience managing projects end to end would be of interest too.

Salary for this role is £35,000 to £40,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience).
