I joined Meridian in January 2026 and have had a great start, enjoying the opportunity to meet the team, feel supported, and get stuck into the role. I bring five years of recruitment experience across the events, office, retail and logistics sectors, with strong expertise in high‑volume staffing, workforce coordination and operational support within fast‑paced environments.

I really enjoy the people-focused side of recruitment, getting to know candidates, understanding what businesses need, and connecting the two to create the right opportunities. What I value most about working at Meridian is building relationships with candidates and clients in a supportive, collaborative and driven culture, where everyone works closely together, shares knowledge and is focused on achieving the best outcomes for both clients and candidates.

Outside of the busy world of recruitment, I enjoy cooking, spending quality time with my family and going to the theatre whenever I can, especially to see a good musical!
