💰 Pay: £16.00 - £17.50ph depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate spindle moulders, 4cutter, planer–thicknesser, dimension saws, and more
- Learn and run beam saws, as well as other manual and CNC machinery
- Select appropriate tools, machine settings, and methods for each job
- Ensure workspaces are clean, safe, and compliant with health & safety standards
- Occasionally operate a forklift (training can be provided if needed)
✅ Proven experience in wood machining within a joinery or fire door manufacturing environment
✅ Strong understanding of joinery machinery and woodworking processes
✅ Ability to work accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision
✅ A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Desirable (but not essential):
- Health & Safety qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Joinery
- Valid Forklift Certification
