Warehouse Operative (Returns Dept) – Ongoing Temp Role
Location: Chandlers Ford
Hours: Monday–Friday (37.5 hours)
Pay: £13.50 per hour

We are recruiting a Warehouse Operative for our client’s busy Returns Department. This full‑time, ongoing temporary role involves supporting daily warehouse operations, handling returned stock, and ensuring all goods are processed safely and accurately.

Essential Requirements

Warehouse experience (stores & returns)
Current FLT licence
PAT Testing knowledge
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Confident with manual handling and physical tasks

Key Duties

Unloading deliveries using safe manual handling and forklift trucks
Booking stock into internal systems with full accuracy and traceability
Storing goods in designated areas and completing manual stock movements
Carrying out product testing and supporting PAT testing
Completing monthly stock counts and assisting with inventory audits
Reporting any warehouse damage and maintaining clear stock records
Working with other departments to support stock movements and processing
General warehouse housekeeping and adherence to safety standards
