Meridian Business Support is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in the Bridgwater area for a Warehouse Operative to join their busy team on an ongoing temporary basis.
This Warehouse Operative role offers consistent morning hours, weekly pay and the opportunity to work within a supportive warehouse environment. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution settings would be advantageous, although candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

The Role As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
- Picking, moving and storing stock within a temperature-controlled freezer environment
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
- Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting inventory control processes
- Operating warehouse equipment where required
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with general duties to support the smooth running of the operation
- Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience
- Reach Truck licence or experience preferred but not essential
- PPT licence or experience advantageous
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
- A reliable and positive approach to work
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
