Warehouse Operatives – (Day Shifts, No Weekends!) | Leamington Spa | £13.46 per hour rising to £14.61 per hour | Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for an award-winning global storage company based in Leamington Spa. This site offers excellent transport links, free onsite parking, set hours, and no weekend working – making it an ideal opportunity for work-life balance.
You'll be supporting the smooth running of warehouse operations as follows:

Key Responsibilities

Wrapping pallets and preparing them for dispatch
Picking pallets into wrapping areas
De-stacking pallets
Picking, scanning, and handling files and boxes
General warehouse duties
Supporting loading/unloading and stock movement where required

What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
Ability to manually pick, move, and handle items safely
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Safety shoes and Hi-Vis required
Strong team player with good attention to detail

Desirable (Not Essential)

VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Licence
PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) Licence

Candidates with these licences will be highly advantageous and may have access to additional duties.

Important Requirement
Due to the nature of the client, all candidates must:

Undergo a basic DBS check
Provide verifiable employment and/or education history
