Warehouse Operative – North Baddesley
Hours: 10:30 – 18:30 (Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (increasing to £12.81 after 13 consecutive weeks, parity)
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy fulfilment team in North Baddesley.
This role involves a mix of picking, packing, goods‑in, and general warehouse duties.
(Warehouse and Manual Handling experience is essential for this role)

- Order picking and packing
- Fulfilment tasks to meet daily customer demand
- Goods‑in: unloading, checking, and storing deliveries
- Shrink wrapping pallets and goods
- Manual handling of stock
- General warehouse housekeeping and supporting the wider team
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work on your feet and handle manual tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work 10:30–18:30 Monday to Friday (occasional variation)
