Transport Administrator

We are recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a well known clothing retailer in Hemel Hempstead HP2 7GH with good transport links, onsite parking, and guaranteed work until the end of January 2026!!

Hours & Shifts Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm (0830-1700)

Pay Rate:
£14.94 per hour

As Transport Administrator you will be working in a clean, bright and modern warehouse/ office environment undertaking any of the following duties:
  • Completing service documents
  • Updating the fleet planner
  • Scheduling vehicle services
  • Maintaining 15 months of vehicle documentation
  • Liaising with external vendors
  • Updating defect records

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:
  • Previous experience in an Administrator role or similar
  • IT Literate with good knowledge of Excel and Google spreadsheets would be useful 
  • Ability to work in a targeted environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
