- Processing sales orders and handling related paperwork
- Answering calls and responding to customer queries efficiently
- Managing customer accounts and updating records accurately
- Liaising with internal departments regarding orders and product availability
- Handling returns, complaints, and supporting service improvements
- Using email inboxes and online customer portals to manage daily tasks
- Previous admin/customer service experience
- Strong IT skills – especially Microsoft Word & Excel
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and a hands-on attitude
- Experience with ERP systems or customer portals (desirable)
