Job Opportunity: Customer Service Administrator – Ledbury 
Location: Ledbury
Hours: Monday to Thursday – 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM - Friday – 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: £12.62 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Temporary Position (potential for longer-term opportunity)

Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy, friendly team in Ledbury.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Processing sales orders and handling related paperwork
  • Answering calls and responding to customer queries efficiently
  • Managing customer accounts and updating records accurately
  • Liaising with internal departments regarding orders and product availability
  • Handling returns, complaints, and supporting service improvements
  • Using email inboxes and online customer portals to manage daily tasks
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous admin/customer service experience
  • Strong IT skills – especially Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • High attention to detail and a hands-on attitude
  • Experience with ERP systems or customer portals (desirable)
