Key Responsibilities
- Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils
- Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe, structured learning environment
- Assisting with classroom preparation, resources, and general administrative tasks
- Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
We are seeking individuals who demonstrate:
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of behaviour and safeguarding
To be considered for this role, you should ideally have:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar classroom-based support role
- A sound understanding of classroom practices and strategies for supporting pupils with varying abilities
- Experience in supporting positive behaviour and contributing to an inclusive learning environment
- A relevant childcare, education, or support qualification (desirable but not essential)
