Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team and help deliver high-quality care to our residents. You will play an important role in ensuring that care services are consistently delivered to a high standard, while also assisting with daily activities that contribute to a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care needs while respecting their dignity and privacy.
- Promote independence and support residents in maintaining daily routines.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high standards of care.
- Monitor residents’ well-being and report any concerns to senior staff.
- Support with day-to-day activities within the care home environment.
- Maintain accurate communication with team members to ensure consistent care delivery.
- Caring, compassionate, and patient nature.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude toward helping others.
- Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential.
