We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Supply Chain Coordinator to join our large, well-established employer based in Yeovil.
This is an ongoing temporary position running until around August 2026, offering an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting supply chain operations, liaising with stakeholders, and contributing to the success of high-profile programmes within a global organisation.

You’ll play a key role in supporting supply chain operations, liaising with stakeholders, and contributing to the success of high-profile programmes within a global organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collate and gather details on key critical items for specific programs and customers.
- Coordinate procurement, inventory, and logistics activities to ensure materials and components are available to meet production and delivery schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and stock levels
- Ensure detailed explanations are provided by internal personnel to enable concise feedback
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel workbooks for reviews and reports.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders at various levels to resolve key supply chain and operational issues.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Be able to travel occasionally to build and strengthen internal cross-geo relationships.
- Coordinate procurement, inventory, and logistics activities to ensure materials and components are available to meet production and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate data and documentation in SAP to support traceability and audit compliance.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and accuracy.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- SAP/ERP knowledge is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management best practices.
