My client are experienced and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding dispute resolution team. If you’re passionate about advocacy and strategic legal problem-solving, this is an excellent opportunity to handle a broad and interesting caseload from pre-action to enforcement.
This role will be working between the Taunton and Wellington offices.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a diverse caseload across a range of litigation matters
- Drafting legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
- Representing clients at court hearings, mediation's, and settlement meetings
- Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm
- Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in litigation law and practice
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent jurisdiction)
- Minimum of 5 years’ PQE with solid litigation experience
- In-depth knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Commercially minded with a client-first approach
- Confident in negotiations and advocacy
It’s a Plus If You Have
- Experience in commercial litigation and property disputes
- Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods
- A track record in business development
