We’re looking for a proactive Service & After Sales Manager to lead a technical service team from our head office in Street. This is a fantastic chance to take ownership of a busy service department, manage engineers, and drive commercial performance in a technically demanding environment.
What you’ll do:
Location: Office-based, Street
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
What you’ll do:
- Lead and coordinate the Service & Validation team, managing daily operations and engineer schedules.
- Oversee service enquiries, quotations, order processing, and ensure timely invoicing.
- Maintain high technical standards and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 testing procedures.
- Support commissioning and validation projects across various sectors.
- Develop service contracts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Experience managing technical service engineers in engineering, HVAC, laboratory, or similar industries.
- Commercially aware, confident in quoting, scheduling, and coordinating field operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment with independent decision-making.
- Knowledge of cleanrooms, controlled environments, or ISO 17025 accredited environments is a plus.
