With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.

- Previous experience in a senior care role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Empathetic and caring nature.
- Full UK Driving Licence is preferred, but not essential
