Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality administrative support across multiple teams and projects
- Preparing, formatting and managing professional documentation and reports
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
- Managing diaries, calendars and travel arrangements
- Supporting project administration, financial processes and database management
- Assisting with client communications, marketing initiatives and networking activities
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Acting as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients
- Supporting office operations and contributing to a positive team environment
- Assisting with document control processes and project management systems

Ideally, you will have:
- Previous administration experience within a professional services, construction, engineering, architecture or consultancy environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
