We seeking an enthusiastic self- sufficient multitasker to look after all financial affairs of our £1.2m luxury brand.
Key Responsiblities
Daily
- Input all Supplier invoices into Sage X3, where stock invoice matching to receipts, ensuring all purchase receipts have been invoiced
- Processing of debit card and credit card receipts to include credit card reconciliation
- Liaising with suppliers
- Post all bank transactions to Sage X3
- Reconciliation of PDQ receipts
- Liaising with customers responding to any queries
- Supporting the sales team with any queries
- Setting any new products in Sage line 50
Monthly
- Working with overseas Finance Manager on the monthly management accounts
- Submitting the monthly sales report to the directors
- Stock reconciliation, investigating variances
- Production and distribution of customer statements
- Credit control
- Reconciliation of intercompany loan account
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Purchase ledger
- Preparing and processing the supplier payment run twice monthly
- Sales ledger
- Payroll calculations to external party
Other
- Working with sales rep on imports, making sure imports are declared accurately, spreadsheets are maintained and landed cost are accurately import into X3
- Quarterly Vat returns
- Monitor cashflow
- Organising the company insurance renewal, vehicle insurance, vehicle tax and business licenses
- Responding to any queries raising by the directors
- Review of new customer applications terms and customers
- Review of margins and price recommendations for new products subject to director approval
- Maintain holiday record
- Liaising with accountants and auditors

- Excel

- Confident verbal and written communication
- Part qualified or qualified by experience
