What experience will you need?
You’ll need to be an experienced CNC Miller with good program editing, setting and operating experience.
The controls you’ll be using are Haas and Fanuc controls but if your background is with other CNC control systems, your application will still be welcomed.
You’ll need to be able to complete a full set-up of CNC milling machines, build and edit programs, select the correct tooling, set tool offsets, and use standard measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometers and gauges to check your work against engineering drawings before submitting components for first-off inspection approval.
Experience of working to tight tolerances and in producing high quality, high-precision components is essential.
