Sales Executive

£26,000-£30,000 plus quarterly bonus
We are looking for a Sales Executive to work for our client at their head office outside of Witney. Mon – Friday – 8:30 to 17:00 (16:30 finish on Fridays) with a salary of £26,000-£30,000 plus bonus.
The purpose of this Sales Executive role is to drive sales through inbound and outbound communication with existing clients and warm leads, this role does not require cold calling. You will be supporting sales drives, new product launches and growing the company’s market share in your territory working as a duo with a Key Account Executive as well as the wider team.
As a Sales Executive, you should be comfortable picking up the phone and holding conversations/building relationships, be able to learn about the range of products (full training given) and talk about these confidently, making recommendations to clients based of their needs and health and safety legislation etc. They are looking for someone confident and outgoing with a desire to succeed, previous sales experience or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential, if you feel that you have the right personality and attributes for this role we would like to talk with you.

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand and fulfil the requirements, using cross selling and upselling techniques from the product range.
- Work to achieve agreed sales and target growths within your set territory.
- Qualify new accounts and be involved with new business project management.
- Analyse vertical market trends for new growth opportunities within your set UK territory
- Deliver webinar presentations as required.
- Provide quotations to distributors and follow up.
